Refunds
"NO REFUNDS, JUST RESULTS: Your satisfaction is our top priority, but please note that some of our products such as our Planners, Journals or Checklist do not offer refunds. Instead, we are confident that with the tools and guidance provided, you will achieve the success you're striving for during the holy month. However, be sure to check our products as some of them may have a refund option."
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unusable or broken. If that's the case we will resend you your item if the issue remains we will continue the inspection and review the case as a complaint.
Complaints
Once we receive your complaint, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your complaint. We will immediately notify you on the status of your complaint after inspecting the issue.
If your complaint is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
