First of all, welcome to our community! We are so honored to have you here, and we’re going to walk with you every step of the way. 

Are you stuck in your life or not seing the future as bright as you would like to?

Is there something in your life you want to do, but don’t really know how to get started ?

Perhaps you are one of the many who are a bit lost when it comes to setting meaningful goals or create crystal clear habits, or maybe you know all those things but are looking to implement your habits in an easy trackable day to day way ?

It almost doesn’t matter where you are, we are confident that you will find the 5 pillar planner to be a serious tool and a very powerful resource in rediscover your way (dreams), and achieve your goals In Sha Allahu Ta’arla.

The 5 pillar planner is specifically designed to give all of us, as users a 3 month cycle, you may ask why 3 month ?

It seems to be the optimal time to experience real growth, while still preserving the often very fragile momentum. So the aim of this system is to take us all from being wherever we are to the next level. The 5 Pillar Planner will achieve that by designing a clear direction based on the users Dreams, to actually walking the path on a day to day basis with crystal clear habits, weekly and monthly accountability pages! Just to make sure we are still following the path we set out to pursue.

So every 3 month the system will allow us to redesign our path, In other words

When will my order ship?

Great question! Typically, most orders ship within 4-8 business days.

Can I get free shipping?

We're very happy to say that any orders over $75 will receive free shipping!

How can I track my package?

Great question! We'll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships out, and you should find a tracking link and number in that confirmation email. Typically, most orders with standard shipping arrive within 6-8 business days during normal business seasons. If you need help tracking your package, we'd be happy to look it up for you at info@5pillarplanner.com!

Why is international shipping so expensive?

We hear you, and we understand that international shipping cost is high. Though we're unable to lower the cost at this time, this is on our radar and we're seeking ways to lower the cost for you! As always, shipping costs are determined by the weight of products in your cart and the final destination. You only pay for the service of having your items sent based on those details, with no upcharge or fees on our end. We are very grateful for our 5 Pillar Planners all over the world (we recognize there's an extra burden on you!) and we will definitely look for opportunities to better serve you!

Can I pickup my order from the 5 pillar planner HQ?

All our orders are shipped directly from our shipping partners, and we don't have in-person pick-ups at the moment. The great news, our shipping partner is speedy! Your order will be on your doorstep in no time.

I've been tracking my package, and it hasn't moved in several days. What should I do?

So glad you asked! Typically, most orders will be shipped after 4-8 days and arrive within 6-8 business days, depending on the destination and choice of shipment. Sometimes, there are delays across the industry from weather to supply chain disruptions to busy holiday seasons. Oftentimes, we recommend giving it a few more days to see if the tracking updates. If it hasn't updated after 8 business days, reach out to us at info@5pillarplanner.com, and we'll be happy to check up on it for you!

Do you offer payment plans?

I'm so grateful you reached out! While we don't offer payment plans at this time, we will definitely consider this option for our customers in the future.

Can I get a bulk discount?

We have great news! We do offer a bulk discount of 10% off all orders, and Yes it can be used with any other running discounts. This is applicable when you are purchasing 10 or more of the same item from the 5 Pillar Planner shop. This is how it works, email us at info@5pillarplanner.com for a custom code! Just let us know which product you would like, the quantity, and your shipping address. If you'd like to order more than 10 of the same product, we can discuss a custom discount just for you! Great question! At this time, the 5 Pillar Planner is a newly started business, and we aren't equipped to manage and process refunds, returns or exchanges. With this in mind, we don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged. If there is any damage to your order, we'd be happy to investigate this with you and move forward with options at info@5pillarplanner.com. Though we don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges, we try to delight and surprise our customers in other ways!
